Claremar Twin Lakes Camp-Resort is hiring for the position of Grounds Crew in New London, OH. Connect with travelers and campers while working in the beautiful lakefront setting of this 500-site RV and Camping Resort with plenty of exciting growth and development currently in the works! You will be Responsible for overall appearance of campground. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.
Our work environment includes:
Relaxed atmosphere
On-the-job training (as needed)
Casual work attire – company shirts provided
Grounds Crew Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall appearance of campground
Grounds Maintenance
– Mowing grass, weed whipping, tree trimming, picking up limbs
Collecting and disposing of trash
Painting
Assisting guests when necessary
Washing, refueling, organizing of rental golf carts
Moving of various campground equipment & supplies
– Picnic Tables, Fire Rings, Golf Carts, Firewood
Other duties assigned

You will be responsible for cleaning cabins, campers, and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Keeping public restroom facilities and common areas clean and maintained
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Washing and cleaning windows
Cleaning and stocking restrooms
Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment
Notifying managers of necessary repairs
Keep diligent detail list of supplies
Collecting and disposing of trash
Assisting guests when necessary
Properly cleaning upholstered furniture

Lifeguard
Claremar Twin Lakes Camp-Resort is hiring for the position of Lifeguard in New London, OH. Connect with travelers and campers while working in the beautiful lakefront setting of this 500-site RV and Camping Resort with plenty of exciting growth and development currently in the works! You will be responsible for the safety of campers & guests at the beach, when they use the Aquaglide, maintaining chemical levels in the pool and notifying maintenance of any issues. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.

Casual work attire – company shirts provided
Lifeguard Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the pool & Aquaglide each day according to scheduled hours
Regularly treat the pool with the correct amount of chemicals
Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift
Notifying managers of necessary repairs
Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions
Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe
Collecting and disposing of trash
Assisting guests when necessary
Check out / in rental equipment
Maintaining a clean pool & beach environment
Other duties assigned
Lifeguard Requirements:
Have a Lifeguard & CPR Certification from an accredited organization
Ability to manage your time efficiently
Work well unsupervised
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with campground guests

You will be responsible for the assistance of the daily support of the lifeguard. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.

Beach Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist the lifeguard in all operations of the Beach, Aquaglide, and Pool
Opening and closing the pool & Aquaglide each day according to scheduled hours

Notifying managers of necessary repairs
Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe

Check-in / out guests
Greet and direct visitors
Take reservations for campers
Answer phones and take messages
Cash Handling – POS & Reservations
Check out / in rental equipment
Stock merchandise and notify supervisor of any orders that need to be made
Keep camp store & office – clean, neat, & tidy
Other duties assigned
